Our strength is quick and efficient service.
Micropower’s Service Department consists of experienced technicians who serve our customers full time with telephone support and spare parts. In addition to Micropower’s products, we keep spare parts for most charger types that have been produced by Transduktor/Ulveco.
We have the most common components in stock, for example circuit boards, contactors, diodes, thyristors, etc. Other components, such as transformers and choke coils are priority manufactured at Tramicro in cases when they are not in stock. In most cases, the customer has the part the day after ordering.
Many service issues can be settled by telephone support. In more difficult cases the matter is sent to technicians in the Design and Development Department.
